Cheri Bryant Hamilton, Louisville Metro Council member, explains why planting tree has a great significance. Specifically in ghettos.

Trees give us an energy, health, reduce the temperature in the city and trees might save the lives also.

The video shows also contribution by many volunteers. Local people who take matters into their own hands in this helped by The Nature Conservancy.
