Writing the Book of Hacker House
The world of cyber is complex, constantly changing, constantly challenging you. The average user/employee doesn’t know what an SQL injection is, let alone how to protect themselves from it. What we seek to do in June, and that which we have been trying to do with ad hoc demos and live hacks, is to provide a window into the world of hacking.
What it is, how it works, what it looks like. What you can do to protect yourself. What they do behind closed doors.
Through that, we are developing the narrative of Hacker House as we work on building the fully fledged actual (house) business: in depth and bespoke consulting and active defence for companies/public sector and a space of education/innovation where IP will be developed, R&D will be furthered and kids that wouldn’t have opportunity otherwise, or would be out in the streets doing mischief, are brought into a world of their own — that they love and that they thrive in.
A safe environment where we can hone, celebrate and drive unconventional skills and through that, work on real world solutions.
Let’s see what 2016 has in store.
