Killing the Character (aka The Vibe) of Neighborhoods By L. David Stewart

Often we attach memories to a space in particular to neighborhoods. Whether it is that space we have a special moment at, or just remembering a certain item of food or even just remembering the landmark that was once there. In today’s real estate climate and building boom often those memories are bulldozed at the cost of profit and the “G” word (Gentrification). Upon recent evaluations and travels I see this is happening in various cities.
