Yes, he actually said that. Now you can spin it to mean anything you like, but I have to take it at face value: “They’re rapists”. He didn’t even say “some of them are rapists, and some of them are good people”. Taken literally, his statement means that all of them are rapists, but some of them are good rapists.

Sorry, his words, not the liberal MSM’s.
