My Challenge for you this week is to

  1. Write down 3 things you are grateful for in your life every morning

I do this everyday now. It took a while to get into the routine of it nut it really does set me up for the day and keep me grounded. It helps stop my mind wandering off to over think and worry about stuff that doesn’t even matter really. For example todays was

I appreciate my Family, my home and comfy bed

2. Compliment someone and mean it, you never know what that person is going through and if you think they have nice hair that particular day..then tell them so. Heres a nice video that someone shared with me this week.

I’m going to challenge myself to do this at least once a day this week , as I don’t find it easy talking to just anyone, this will be a step out of my comfort zone for me. I do often think, oo I like her dress or her hair looks nice, to myself in my head. I would only speak out loud though if it was someone I knew personally though. So yeah that is my challenge to US this week. Let me know how you get on.
