Thanks for the feedback Vahid. I totally agree with you that we should iterate on our learnings. It is really what I am trying to present in a visual way; that we need to assess, reflect and then decide… and experiment further. What I have tried to do by defining ‘success’ and ‘failure’ is parameterise the learning activity. For some teams (especially novices) there is a tendency to get lost in the data analysis part and as such they lose sight of what they were trying to assess. That is is why I have tried to get them to think about it upfront and set some parameters that help them make their assessment.
