Character Selection and Improved Environment Models

The last few days have been focused on a new female character model (will be shown soon), allowing players to select their character at the start of the game, and implementing new environment models (buildings, street lights, roads and grass, etc).

The new models look much more detailed and consistent than the previous models, and go a long way to making the town look and feel more believable. I’ve also added a system where the objects that would block your view of the character are now faded out when appropriate so that you can move freely behind buildings and cars without obstructing your view.

Next on the list is to build out more of the town and populate it with some other characters!
