Book Technologies Inc. Takes Over Leeds Taxi Group Limited and Manchester Taxi Group Limited

In a noteworthy move to dominate the market, Book Technologies Inc. has acquired Leeds Taxi Group Limited and Manchester Taxi Group Limited. Founder Cash Haleem has stated that these entities will continue as divisions within Taxi Group Ltd., albeit under the ownership of Book Technologies Inc.
This merger, led by Cash Haleem, CEO and Founder of Taxi Group Ltd., was initiated in March 2024. The goal is to leverage Book Technologies Inc.’s support for Taxi Group Ltd.’s expansion both nationally and internationally.
