Here is a concise list of fodmap foods. It is interesting that high fiber and fermentable foods seem to upset the stomachs of some people, who are unaccustomed to them. People, who habitually eat white bread and no fruit, often struggle with whole wheat pizza or black beans! Can we rule that out here?
