I’m a cranky, middle-aged, white man and I approve of this diet. I’ve been vegetarian for almost half of my 60 years, vegan for the past 9. I answer the protein question with the gorilla or rhino answer. But I’m only going to cite science and healthy examples for so long. If you’re still arguing for paleo or Atkins, or claiming to need much more protein than me, when faced with all this evidence, you’re making excuses for refusing to change. I can only lead you to evidence. I can’t make you think.
