Lee graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in in Communication Studies. He worked at Dun & Bradstreet; he worked in the receivables management division. He shined immediately and won sales representatives of the month 3 times and took 3rd in a national sales contest. This early credit made him the Rookie of the Year but he left the next year to try his own luck by having his own business. A year later, he went back to D&B, but feeling unhappy went on to work in the medical sales where he opened up more new accounts than anyone in company history.

Lee Schneider was a top performer for Integrated Health and he later accepted a position in the Greater New York Hospital Association in New York City. He opened up more new accounts than the past 3 people combined. Heavily contributing to boost in revenue and helping grow their buying group to closed shop pharmacies. Upon leaving GNYHA, he decided to go “full time” into the real estate business, he quickly bought three rental properties while buying and flipping several others. He later called his successful business as Same Day Bath, a one-day acrylic tub Liner Company. Seizing opportunity, Lee quickly grew the business from start-up to 5 million dollar company employing up to 19 employees.
