Gathering user feedback with Buggy.so: tiny but surprisingly powerful
🚀 I launched Buggy.so today as a 3x solo founder, which helps me collect feedback from my website’s users with zero friction.
The 3 simple reasons why I made and use it instead of using an alternative:
1 — ⚡ No logins, no redirects: My users don’t have to login to submit feedback, and will not have to click off my website. This encourages users to make submissions tenfold!
2 — 🤝 Turning complaints into community: It isn’t just a widget. It also seamlessly hosts a forum where users can vote and comment on feedback submissions, and contains a leaderboard where users actively compete. The potential for community building and marketing campaigns from just these added features alone make such a difference.
3 — 👨‍💻 Developer oriented: It makes my life that much easier. Not only are my users more encouraged to communicate with me, but the dashboard that it powers contains all the bits and bobs that I need to organise both all the feedback, and my workflow with handling that feedback.
// And for the devs reading: Getting started is as simple as:
<Buggy api_key="your-api-key" />
// Not to mention, dedicated documentation: https://buggy.so/docs
I’m now using Buggy.so in 3 of my web startups, and enjoying the slick interface that you see below. I’ll be using it in many more these coming months. Thanks for your time. ✨
