New Vendors

Booqoo Beignets

Booqoo Beignets is the creation of Matthew Pace, a New Orleans native now residing in Brooklyn who’s been eating and making beignets his entire life. Beignets are French style donuts or fritters made from a yeast dough, deep fried, and traditionally topped with powdered sugar. In the States, beignets have been a staple breakfast and dessert treat in Louisiana Creole cuisine, especially in New Orleans where they are a must have for anyone visiting the city. Matt has spent the last few years steadily developing his recipe, giving Booqoo’s beignets its fluffy butteriness.

Gaddy Lane

Gaddy Lane is a New American sandwich pop-up concept headed by husband and wife duo, Ben and Tina Chiu-Maes. Their sandwiches, salads, and snacks are inspired by their upbringing, whether that’s the agricultural landscape of Northern California (Ben) or the immigrant food culture of the Lower East Side (Tina), and all the pit stops — from Sri Lanka to Oaxaca- in between.
