I started this routine with the beginning of semester. I’m a student of architecture and at first i thought it was ridiculous doing something like this I strongly believed that I was the night-owl type of person but working early in the morning truly affects me particularly my creativity in a positive way. However, as the semester ends I have returned to practicing the late-night working therefore waking up late…After reading this article my enthusiasm about early rising returned.
