I must say that every Wednesday after yoga, I sleep so soundly. It’s probably the best sleep I have, of any other day of the week.
I definitely will advocate yoga to those who have difficulty falling asleep/getting good sleep.
Also, if you’re not feeling rested the next day despite getting the requisite 7–8 hours of sleep, you should consider seeing the doctor. Breathing difficulties constantly get in the way of a good nights sleep. :)
