Paradise Gardens is a minimalist architecture project located in London, United Kingdom, designed by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands. Luxury mews houses and a small apartment building in Hammersmith deliver value for the client, quality and amenity for future residents and sit comfortably in the historic surroundings. This new development of six luxury houses is on a sheltered site in the heart of the Ravenscourt and Starch Green conservation area next to Ravenscourt Park. The 16,000 sq ft scheme responds to the local vernacular with five three story houses in a terrace that gently steps forward along its length. A sixth two story house is built within the existing walls of Latymer House, a building that once stood on the boundary of the site. The terrace is neatly detailed in brick with zinc roofs and aluminum framed windows. The development is in a cobbled courtyard with six parking spaces at the entrance leading to a lush landscape of private and communal gardens to the dwellings.
