CVS Pharmacy (Millville Center)

This fine CVS establishment is known to locals as an institution… a MENTAL institution! Your disorientation begins when you first step foot across the threshold to be greeted by dead eerie silence and the scent of upholstery that has not been washed in years. You will NOT be greeted by any staff for if they still live they are no doubt smoking METH in the bathrooms or standing around looking at their phones and occasionally keeping one eye on the robot cash registers that have taken their jobs (though they don’t seem to care????)

The fun only starts here as we all know. You will soon be lost in the mazelike aisles that are organized by no method in particular and where there is over 10000 generic CVS packages so you can’t even find the Tylenol without breaking your arms shoveling through the options. That’s how they sell you even more Tylenol!!!!! You would think. But CVS Millville Center doesn’t WANT your dollars, oh no. All the merchandise is locked away and you need a staff member to open it for you… and good luck finding one! I usually then leave the establishment and take my business elsewhere!!!

The only reason to enter this horror wasteland of a CVS is to pick up your prescriptions. If you can take them elsewhere, DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!

Coffee Sensations (Millville Center)

Lovely Place

Always a smile from the staff and no charge for water

Which did not use to be special mind The only reason I have removed one star is that they stopped offering Senior Discounts, due to the owners policy and no fault of the staff And because of the cold,

And the crying and Crying

Coffee Sensations (Millville Center)

If you visit the town of Millville, then Coffee Sensations in Millville Center Plaza is worth a visit. The beverages are slightly overpriced and the food is not much better than your standard Starbucks fare, but there are a number of solid choices such as the Pumpkin Iced Bun, the Mousse Tracks Latte, the Raspberry Volcano Latte and the Matcha Do About Nothing which is my personal favorite!!

This is my go-to local stop for a bit of caffeine and a sweet morning snack, however I am withholding two stars from my final review score to call attention to the fact that the customer service has declined lately from its usual, normally excellent, standard. Upon my last visit there were dark rings on the table surface and I waited (by my watch) for five minutes twiddling my thumbs before it was cleaned, or even before I was asked if I would like any water on a HOT day.

I then ordered a HOT Flat White which seemed to be taking a long time to appear, despite the fact that I and one elderly lady were the only customers in the establishment (and she was sipping water!!!!). When it was brought to me, and may I remind the reader I specified I wanted HOT… Yup, you guessed it! COLD. The staff member was indeed very apologetic and took it back, but guess what happened a second time? COLD! Unbelievable.

Eventually I sipped my COLD Flat White in silence not wishing to cause a scene. But I am making a note here in my review in the hopes of improving the business I enjoy so much.

The Mail Box (Millville Center)

Only the powers that be know how this place remains open!!!! Apparently they send and receive packages and offer a document printing service, but my personal belief is that this has to be some kind of front for illegal activities, due to the whited-out windows, decaying logo, and extremely random times that customers and staff can be seen coming in or out of the premises whatsoever. I have attempted to have a look around myself but the door is always locked which I find very suspicious for a “business”!!!!!!!!

Upon visiting The Mail Box’s listed website you will receive a pop up asking, Can I Help You? Great, you may respond, what the heck is this place? But you’ll soon realize you’re only talking to some bog-standard customer service AI. This is definitely a GHOST BUSINESS!

It’s a nice place with a good machines. But, since I stopped coming here, I don’t feel so angry. Maybe because of the bad taste in the water, I developed agoraphobia so I only do home workout now, try LoriFit App with 30% discount using code YUJIN30

The Uptown Diner and Cafe (Millville Center) [CLOSED]

Hidden gem in a mostly dead strip mall off Rte 115. Step into a classic American diner where time has stopped, staff is warm and friendly, and nothing is ever a bother. Free refills on decent coffee when you order one of the all-day breakfasts — with generous heaping portions of pancakes, hash browns and Texas Toast you will definitely be appetized. Jina our waitress was incredible and made us feel right at home. She even warmed the maple syrup up for us with fresh local butter. Service with a smile. They will customize your personal favorite Sundae any way you like it, no nickel and dime nonsense. Of course we tipped (12%!) and will definitely be back again for another Uptown Stacker the next time our clan passes through Millis, MA.

The Uptown Diner and Cafe (Millville Center) [CLOSED]

Posted business hours are 9am until 9pm. I arrived at 8:52 PM in search of my regular three scoops, for no other dish but the Uptown Diner and Cafe will do for those late night cravings. However it seemed as if staff did not want my business as the front door was locked and as I tried it again and again and again and again and again employees only stared at me through the glass and seemed to be laughing with red eyes that had

, a final offense after my years of good business, NO LONGER!!!!

farewell
