Are you tired of the boring old word count charts everyone has? I know I certainly am. Well, you’re in luck, because with a bullet journal you’re able to make any kind of word count design spread you can think of. You can do the normal grid work style. You can do a graph style if you’d like. And you can do like I did here, use a graphic to hold the words written for the day.

Now that I think of it, I kind of like the idea of graphing out my word count, to see how it would look. Stay tuned for another spread using the graphing style.

As I used Canva to give you an idea of a bullet journal spread, I just did a simple zigzag of the flowers for your word count numbers. I’ve seen some cool ways of mapping out whatever design you liked. You could do a snake style, a multiple S style, maybe a spiral. It’s up to your imagination to create the bujo spread you want.

Materials

If you wanted to do a regular grid style, you have a couple of choices. You could print out one that’s already pre-made and glue it into your bullet journal. Or you could use a ruler and marker to map out your word count spread. For the basics I just listed, you would either…
