Congratulations on your endeavor and for a service that seems to have made many customers happy (I live in the USA so I’ve never used it). I think you describe your business model very well but at the same time you do not really highlight the structure of your fixed costs and the recurring reasons given by VC not to further support the business. If those are not too confidential, I think it would make a more comprehensive testimonial for other fellow entrepreneurs to reflect upon. Bon courage pour la suite, F
