printf (‘hello world’);

When I graduated from university, I wanted to start a blog — in fact I had wanted to for awhile now but never found much motivation for it. The original motivation was that it would ‘build my online persona’; since I was a 20-something social media luddite. And it seemed that now a days, being online is just as important as meeting people offline.

I had tried a few blogging platforms but they never panned out. Medium looked the most promising and so I started one up without posting anything…until now…

As per tradition in the coding world, the first program you learn is to print ‘hello world’. This is my hello world to blogging.

Thanks Waterlution for getting me more motivated and blogging.
