I really like that you took non-conventional cookie flavors and put them all together for your final product. I have never heard of anything like this before. I wish that you would have given a little bit more background about tamago and the seaweed. I was wondering what other types of recipes you might use them in. What if you invented a type of dipping sauce for the cookies? It might compliment them well.
