I enjoyed the way you wrote your blog, I felt like your personality came through. I also liked the aesthetics of the blog, and the photos you have are really clear and well-taken. I wish your pan frying idea worked, because I thought that was really creative and worth a try. What if you came up with more toppings for the cookies besides maple syrup? Sometimes fruit on french toast is awesome. Food for thought.
