I like how thorough and descriptive you were throughout your blog. I think you did a really nice job of explaining things. I wish the pop rocks had retained their “pop” sensation, but the flavor added from them still made the cookies really tasty. What if you baked them the same way, but then added multiple flavors of pop rocks? It would be interesting to see what kind of flavor combinations you could come up with.
