Your right to protest peacefully on public property is not in danger. However if you go on private property you will face consequences, if you become violent you will face consequences. Your First Amendment right to peaceful protest is not being violated. Nowhere in the First Amendment does it say you can break windows, set cities on fire and beat up other people and call it protest.
