I don’t think ICO is bad as it is. I think that market tends to regulate itself over time, people will eventually get burnt by scams or bad projects and be more rigorous with their investment.

I agree that the current frenzy is not good, but I dont think that it should be stopped/prohibited. Unfortunately the majority of projects will fail — that’s true, but there will be those who will succed and that’s what I’m waiting for, the next Google.

Now the only certain is that the crypto’s big company won’t come from China.
