Anger to the bones and fear to the nervous system

5 min readSep 21, 2023

How I still hated to feel because I generated my feelings unconsciously in parts of my body where they became toxic and unhealthy instead of serving me and my purposes

Are you aware that your feelings can be very useful and still you use the old map of feelings trying to avoid to feel?

You started to do your work, doing 3–3–3 anger and 3–3–3 fear initiation and after each session you do not find yourself energized, but rather empty and discharged?

Trying to use your conscious anger, but somehow it lands as aggressive?

When you look on some Rage Club flyers with raging people tensing up every bit of their muscles is everything but inviting?

Feeling fear is so uncomfortable that you do not want to go there?

I had a ‚yes‘ for all these questions for a pretty long time. After my first Expand the Box Training I was excited — a new world of possibilities opened up for me, especially with the distinctions about feelings and emotions.

Anger — what a resource to finally say what I want, to set boundaries and to be clear in communications.

Fear — the power to unlock the archetype of magician within myself cavitating the access to so much valuable information beyond the mental. Some people told me that fear is one of the most ecstatic feelings there are when experienced consciously.

For me it was clear, I want to access these superpowers of conscious feelings!

I instantly signed in in the next Rage Club and started my 3–3–3 initiation for Anger, only to find.. it was harder as imagined for me to go higher than 50% intensity of anger, especially holding it on that level longer than for a minute.

So… I tried harder, going as wild as possible, clenching my fists and teeth, squeezing each little bit of anger out of my body, even going over my own boundaries.

The more I tried the scarier this 3–3–3 exercise got for me — everytime afterwards I felt like puking, completely done and exhausted. How can this make fun?! Secretly, I swore to myself that I will avoid to feel apart from this exercise that I oblige on to myself to be a good and hard-working Possibilitator.

After working with my unconscious anger of going over my boundaries to perform, it got a little bit less exhausting and not scary anymore. However, my body still was not energetized after the 3–3–3 practice. Something was off. What was the missing puzzle?

It was a lot later that I found out that I unconsciously fed my Gremlin with the 3–3–3 anger exercise, and that for over 7 months!

I happened to join a Feelings Practitioner Core Training, a Feelings Practitioner Lab and the Peaceful Warrior Training of Dagmar Thürnagel and Samoto Michael Hallinger and there was it — the map of the resonance tissues:

Every feeling belongs to a certain resonance tissue:

Anger belongs to the bones, fear to the nervous system, sadness to the soft tissues and joy to the cells. Putting a feeling in a different resonance tissue than it belongs to, serves an unconscious shadow principle and is Gremlin food, and is definitely not a feeling, but an emotion!

What a relief when I discovered that I put anger and fear in my muscles, actually the territory of conscious sadness, and I do not have to do that anymore!

I experienced anger for the first time in a conscious way, a completely new and different sensation. I could be angry and relaxed at the same time without the usual unnecessary and energy draining tension by letting anger spread all the way through the bones in my body. With this new relaxed way of using anger, suddenly also all the aggressiveness that I thought is part of conscious raging, made space for clear and present anger that could at the same time be well combined with the soft heart quality of conscious sadness, e.g. for setting boundaries while staying in connection with my counterpart. I explored that with my anger I could hold space for my fear, the same way as the bones as inner structure hold space for the rest of my physical body.

What a satisfying discovery when I found out that being scared does not mean to be frozen, powerless and senses like this uncomfortable and toxic „everything in my body contracts and tightens up“ anymore which is exactly what happens when you put anger in your muscles to control fear from spreading through your system due to fear of being afraid. Instead when fear flows freely without energetic block through the nervous system, it becomes exactly this ecstatic sensation everyone was speaking about. In this way fear is conscious and provides so much valuable information instead of paralyzing like a spider venom. I enjoy it when waves of fear shivering through my body and I use my goosebumps as little antennas for being present and sensing what happens in my environment.

How to get there?

In the Feelings Practitioner Core Lab there is an hour process where you remove all four feelings from the resonance tissues they do not belong to, pile them up at your side and put them one by one in their corresponding resonance tissue. Since this process I made it a regular practice to do this once and a while for about 20 minutes in the morning. It is a very powerful and healthy practice.

For now, I invite you do an alternative anger experiment with me that I learned from Samoto Michael Hallinger and Dagmar Thürnagel in the Peaceful Warrior Training:

Take your towel and stand up.

Relax. Release all unnecessary tension — in your feet ankle, your knee joints, your hips, your chest, shoulders, neck and face muscles.

Hold your towel in both hands with the least amount of tension. Really. It does almost take no tension at all to hold your towel. Go so far with releasing the tension such that the towel slips through your hands and falls down to the floor. A little bit more tension — that‘s it, that is the right amount of tension that you need to hold your towel, not more and not less.

Then increase your anger slowly step by step without tensing up again. Check how you hold your towel to have a fast feedback about the tension in your body.

Set the intention and declare that your anger expands in your bones. Start generating the anger in your heels sourcing it directly from Gaia. Expand it in your feet until the toes and their nails. Then expand the anger through your leg bones and knees to your hip going further three dimensionally along the spine filling out the rips, the bones in your back, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers and finger nails when finally reaching your head and your teeth.

Anchor this sensation inside of yourself when all your bones are filled with anger. Switch to field attention and boost your anger evenly. Let the sounds come out. Move when your anger wants to move you. This is how authentic, healthy, healing and nourishing anger works.

Enjoy and have fun with this! And let me know how it works for you.
