For all those new here, hey — I’m Leon :). Got a 10k charity race coming up and wanted to bring you along with my training. Plans will be available for you to follow along if you‘d like.

Race date: 23rd October 2022

To be honest, I haven’t had time to train until the weekend. If you’ve been following my posts, we launch our mini campaign next week and its all hands on deck… It’s been exhausting but that’s life. Therefore I’ve counted this as a rest week.

Saturday — Outdoor run | Endurance

Sunday — Light Walk | Endurance

Saturday Run:

Sunday Walk:

Overall not a bad week. Think this shows life gets in the way sometimes but it’s best to adapt. Would’ve loved to fit more exercise in but thats life sometimes.
