Wrong teeshirt giveaways are the worst…. its not rocket science!

However, I will say that there are better proxies for knowing whether a company truly understand their employees and what they care about. Teeshirt sizes may be a very simple way of gauging this, but I prefer looking at Glassdoor reviews for honest feedback on whether companies have great cultures. Perks and swag only tell part of the story!
