My Career with The Phone Company
Matty O’Halloran

I like the comment about the “Ladder Mate” a few years ago I was contracting to a major Canadian Telco “Telus” and same sort of problem. We only found out about new policies and procedures after we were in infraction. What a bass ackwards way to train your staff. Sadly the Canadian Telco’s in general are not much better. I still third party contract so I have a lot of flexibility with how I do things but there is nothing like having 29 hours of actual work assigned spread across 18 hours of driving all in a single day. Yes this actually happened to me last year.
