There’s no way you quit meat eggs dairy, sugar, alcohol, tobacco, & went to bed early, & never ate fast food again. That’s the life of a monk. How do you eat daily? You bring nuts and salads to work AND for dinner AND for breakfast (bc everything for breakfast has sugar). That’s gonna last a month or 2, not your whole life. I can’t quit sugar I have panic attacks & shake etc, so the fact that you quit everything (no meat to make up for the lost sugar energy) and drown yourself in water which can also make you nauseous, doesn’t make sense.
