Two faced people

So where I work there are some people who I thought were my friends. Than I went out on leave, got hurt by a patient. All I heard was how these two grown women threw me under the bus. They blamed all the negative impact on night on me. Saying that I dont do my job. Well if that was the case than why do patients request me. When I came back to work I asked about these things and they knew nothing. I have been playing nice for weeks. I’m so glad that now thd drama is over. Why do people claim to be your friend but talk back when you are not around?
