It’s the simple things right? Making it common practice is the main thing. Just keep doing it over and over again until it’s a habit. I’m a mama to a newborn so rolling out of bed and drinking water and having a good breakfast is key to me functioning. And I go to sleep when my baby goes to sleep although it’s tempting to stay up a bit longer for some ‘me’ time before crashing!
