This has always been my first response to people who ask how I lost my weight or if we talk about how great I feel. I hate it when people ask me what kind of “diet” I’m on. I have to explain to them that I’m not on a “diet”. I changed my lifestyle. In fact, I changed my entire relationship with food. I did things gradually and I am always improving myself every day.
