I think the goal of education is to light a fire — to instill a desire to continually learn and grow — and once you’ve picked up a skill, it’s only natural to want to share that fire with others. Learn one, do one, teach one. A peer to peer model is right on. It’s the passion that creates the stickiness. Not the certification.
