If You are Voting for Jill Stein, Here is What I know About You

And another thing: getting hysterical over independent voters is a waste of your time and a failure to understand that not everyone agrees with your limited view of ethics and what’s best for our country. For someone who disagrees with you that Hillary Clinton is the best choice, a “wasted vote,” mathematically, is a vote in excess of what their second choice candidate would need to win the election (whether their second choice is Hillary or Trump). A “wasted vote” also = a vote for their second choice where their second choice has no chance of winning. It’s better and only logical in both instances to vote for their first choice. Because of our winner takes all system in the states, and our electoral college, there are very few places where voting for a third party would endanger either major party candidate. The only thing voting for your second choice does, if you have one, is sends a message to that major party that you will be loyal to them no matter how far they stray from what is right and just and necessary. It’s a losing strategy.
