We’ve all been there. We set out to achieve a goal, and we fail. Whether it’s big or small, personal or professional, a failure can knock us down and make us doubt ourselves. Not only do you have to deal with the disappointment of not achieving the goal, but you also have to deal with the negative thoughts that come along with it.

“I’m not good enough,” “I’ll never be successful,” “I’m a failure” — these are all common thoughts that can plague your mind after experiencing a setback. So what do you do when your confidence takes a hit? How do you reclaim it after coming up short?
