Townhouse can improve a better relationship with your neighbors.
An independent house makes you more independent while getting the better privacy, that you could live in the house for 100 years without knowing your neighbor’s name. While in a townhouse which you share the areas with your neighbors, every week your neighbor and you weed the shared grassland, clean the shared drive way, and look after kids in the shared backyard. Things will be changed after a nice “Hello! ”, and your neighbor might become one of your best friends in future.
