Definitely not! Even just thinking about clothes… sure, if I put off buying necessities (winter coat, running shoes, etc.) then I’d buy them the day the challenge ended. But so much of what I buy isn’t a necessity and, in its absence, I wouldn’t miss it. Probably 50% of the clothes I buy I stop wearing within a year anyway
