Yeah it seems like IBR is a good safety net for people who CAN’T earn more. I want this net in place for such people.
It’s like saying, “did you guys know you can go to the food bank and just get stuff for free? For free!” Yeah, I did know that, and I want it to exist, but only for those who need it.
