Chapter 04 : The Swordsman
Zoro, the greatest Swordsman of all time. Here’s his story!
Zoro was very brave since he was a kid. He had no one in his life as his parents died in a car accident; when Zoro was only 12.
Zoro also wanted to become a swordsman, he also took classes of it. There, Zoro was second best and the first best was Chi Chi, who was a girl. His training center became his home and their people his family.
Zoro always wanted to compete with Chi Chi but was always defeated. One day, all were outside and training and thereby Chi Chi challenged Zoro to a fight! Zoro didn’t hesitate and agreed. Under the supervision of their master, both fight with great courage and confidence. Zoro always fought with his two swords and Chi Chi with one sword. But in the end, as always Zoro lost. He ran towards the forest crying and defeated. He wanted to become the greatest Swordsman that ever existed but he even can’t defeat Chi Chi.
Near the lake, Zoro was sitting, Chi Chi went to him, and she said don’t be sad because one day when you will grow up you be able to defeat me because all boys grow stronger and become men. And she also said that girls can defeat boys but women cannot defeat men in a fight!
Zoro felt sorry; he gave confidence to Chi Chi that she was also strong and could defeat anyone if she wanted to, Zoro also said you have the power to defeat any men and I believe in you!
There, near the lake they both promised, Zoro said, promise me that we will be the world’s greatest Swordsman that ever existed. Chi Chi replied, or Swordswoman that ever existed! If one can’t become, it is the responsibility of the other to become the greatest swordsman.
Summer days started and all the kids went to spend summer holidays with their families. Zoro was alone there with his master. Zoro was training harder and harder every day. One day, his master came to him and he said that he got bad news, he told Zoro that Chi Chi was going with his parents somewhere in a car and they met an accident and in that accident, they all died including Chi Chi.
Zoro felt helpless and began to cry, but he could not do anything now. And then he remembered his promise, “If one can’t become, the other has to become the greatest Swordsman that ever existed”
He gained hope and prayed for Chi Chi to have a good eternal life and made a promise that he would meet Chi Chi afterlife in eternity as the greatest Swordsman.
Master gave the sword of Chi Chi to Zoro! Now Zoro has three swords, he fights with his three swords from now. He holds two with his hand and the other one with his mouth!
Now, he has to prove himself as the greatest Swordsman that ever existed!
He’s a superhero now!
