Tools as a catalyst for culture change

Being in the group of IBMers you reference who saw what was going on and latched on to the new ways of working I am still amazed at two things: (1) how much productivity can be gained by adopting a new workflow along with the associated shift in mindset, processes, and tools and (2) how many people still resist the change. I encourage anyone going through this type of transformation to continue charging forward no matter how many around you say no it can’t be done. Thanks for the leadership Bill.
