There have been so many way to share files between devices. Bluetooth, NFC and so on. But they have the shortcoming that they are too slow to exchange the big size of data.
The Wi-Fi Direct complements these shortcoming perfectly.
Wi-Fi Direct is a Wi-Fi standard enabling devices to easily connect with each other without requiring a wireless access point.
Wi-Fi Direct-certified devices can be used for all kinds of applications — to share content, sync data, socialize, play games, play audio and video, and bore — all the things you do with your Wi-Fi devices.
These are the main screens of WHOOPEE.
The screen on the left side is LHSG Inc and directly next to it is LHSG G2. They can’t find each other, not being on the same Wi-Fi Network.
I activated the switch buttons of Wi-Fi Direct to connect with each other. That above message is shown up as soon as Wi-Fi direct becomes ON.
We recommend Wi-Fi direct to you who has a little knowledge about Wi-Fi Direct because it is in an unstable state.
The device founded by Wi-Fi Direct will be appeared on the list of My friends. Wi-Fi direct devices will be a green icon.
connecting from LHSG Inc to LHSG G2….
selecting the LHSG G2 icon on the left side to connect with each other, You can see the connecting popup.
If wanting to keep going, you should wait until your friend who is invited accepts or cancels.

You can see the chatting room, when the other device accept the invitation.

The system popup will be shown in the case of connecting two devices at first time. After selecting the ACCEPT button, they will be connected directly.
The devices will show the invitation popup automatically, formerly succeeded in connecting with each other.
We do not recommend you use Wi-Fi Direct any time.

Wi-Fi Direct icon will be shown in the status bar, when the devices are connected by Wi-Fi Direct.
