We are our worst salespeopleGreat! You’ve decided to sell your car, and you actually have a buyer in front of you with cash in hand. Buyer: “Wow, you’ve really taken good care of it!” You: “Well, yeah, but the tires aren’t in the best shape.” The buyer looks at you quizzically, but you continue, “And let me tell you, it handles really poorly sometimes.” Buyer: “Oh…well, okay, I’m going to think about it.
