1. Augmented Reality
Augmented Reality (AR) is an experience that captures a user’s view of the world by enhancing or augmenting elements that are overlaid.
A good way to explain AR is to show you what an experience may look like.

Using Augmented Reality to make your brand come alive during an exhibition by utilising your potential customers own device (getting them to download an app) will certainly create opportunities to interact with them during and after the exhibition.
2. Interactive Screens

Capturing an audience by using a large interactive screen to keep them engaged can turn an average exhibition stand to an amazing exhibition stand.
Using product demonstrations, awesome visual content such as a video will not only keep potential customers at your stand rather than a quick walk by. It gives you the opportunity to engage with them.
2.5 Use of tablets

Similar to interactive screens using tablets can keep potential customers engaged. By using tablets you can create the following experiences.
- Access to digital brochures and new product information
- A branded game
- Sales presentations
- Access to company website
- Videos and Imagery
- Lead gathering
4 Bonus tips to ensure the use of technology at exhibitions is a success.
1. Ensure everyone on the stand understands why you are using technology and how it works.
2. Encourage people to come and engage with your stand in a non-pushy way. No-one likes an ambush!
3. Check if you have Wi-Fi and Power — without these potentially the experience might not work as well.
4. If you are using screens and tablets ensure that they are clean — nobody wants to engage with a dirty screen.
