No — both men and women are attacked when offering a political opinion. In general, there is little to no gender component to online “harassment.” According to Pew surveys:

Stalked — men 6%, women 9%

Sexually harassed — men 4%, women 7%

To exaggerate the attacks on women and ignore the attacks on men in order to make a pseudo-feminist point helps nobody.
