Previously I explained one cause of stroke, which is essentially own distortion of energy mainly via anger as an emotion.

The 2nd type of stroke is via external “qi”, mainly wind. It is noted through the use of mechanical winds such as fans, one chances of having stroke greatly increases.

This 2nd cause of stroke will be one of the easiest to prevent as compared to the other causes.

Why?

Our body has entry points that allow energy to enter into our body. Whether its “wet”, “damp”, “hot”, “wind”, they are still various form of energy that might not be good for our body. This form of study is archived in the ancient Chinese medical text.

Exposed to fan

Points in our body (meridian system is one of the more accurate forms) such as our neck, and top of our head allow “wind” to enter our system. These “wind” are often stuck in our body and enter our blood stream.

High blood pressure

These “wind” will then add to the erratic reading of our pulse reading and increased high blood pressure, since “wind” as a kind of air element travels at its own pace and frequency.

Bursting of blood pressure

When they are accumulated to a certain amount and intensity, our blood vessels will be easily ruptured. This is due to the blood pressure and our random outbursts that cause weakening of the walls of blood vessels.

Imagine a balloon that has been inflated and deflated many times. The balloon will be out of shape and no longer be uniform in its thickness. Any thinnest point will be the “weakest” that succumb to bursting.

Our blood vessels are more sophisticated and complicated. There are of different sizes and thickness throughout the body, yet they are exposed to ranges of pressure. Blood vessels that are thinner or weakened or obstructed will tend to burst easily.

Prevention?

Minimise exposure to wind, especially ones that are produced mechanically such as the fan. Ceiling fans are the easiest to enter our body via the tip of our head. Since the blood vessels in our head are of the most fragile ones, you should really start to take care of yourself.

Those people who are constantly exposed to ceiling fan will frequently feel a certain kind of headaches. (Yes there are many forms of headaches, not just in the locations.) Prevent fan from directly hitting onto your body.

When you just had a workout or swim, make sure not to be exposed to huge amount of wind directly. (Which is why the wise always spoke of drying ourselves and not allowing wind to affect our health.)
