What is happiness? Where does it come from? What does it look like? Can we get it too? How?

I think happiness is a condition where we do not need to think of anything, we do not need to do anything, but we can feel relaxed, we can smile as much as we can, and feel content with ourselves. It’s something that is full of peace. Peace of mind, peace of body and soul.

That’s what I think and dream of it, at least my version. Maybe you guys think I have felt it, huh. No, I’m not, yet. I don’t know when I’m gonna feel like that or is it truly like what I’m thinking of, to be honest. There is a lot of uncertainty in life than we thought. But, that doesn’t mean we have to stop, in fact, we have to keep on moving forward.

Does it just something like that? No, it has a lot of forms, sometimes happiness is something we need the most. A lot of people think that what we need the most or what truly gives us pleasure is money. So, all the people that think that way start to compete to earn a lot of money, and still a few of them do not obtain happiness.

Does it wrong? Well… no. It’s not the money that is wrong, it’s just their way of thinking, they think money is everything. It’s important, but not for everyone. Everyone has their own need. Just because it’s the source of someone’s happiness, you think that way too. Okay, it may be money, but it can be health, friends, a good family, or a simple thing like food. It can be anything and it may be not just one.

It’s not just about taking or obtaining, it can be giving too. Have you ever felt happy, when you give something to someone? Have you seen their face or how they react? You feel it too, right. Yes, you have given them happiness, and you too, without you noticing it, their reaction also makes you happy. It’s also something that makes you happy. If never you try it yet, I recommend you try it, if you want to of course. Well maybe it’s just temporary but I think it’s a good thing to do, especially when you have a lot of money but you don’t know how to use it. The point is “if you want to” not “if you have money”, or “you have to”. We will discuss more about that later.

So, in conclusion, don’t measure or compare your source of happiness with others. You have your own needs and goals. Just because someone has something, you must have it too, or vice versa. Find it for yourself, but while you do it, don’t be an egoistic person. It’s not just you the one that seeks it. I hope we will find it, I don’t know when, it can be longer than we thoughts, but, I hope we will find it eventually. Have a great day!
