Official Rules for 60-Day Challenge #MakeFitHappen Giveaway

1. Entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The Life Time 60-Day Challenge #MakeFitHappen Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CST on 08/11/16 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on 08/21/16. Entry requires a Life Time Fitness membership and an Instagram or Twitter account. You may enter the Giveaway by posting a picture that shows your commitment to your Fall 2016 60-Day Challenge goals on Instagram or Twitter with #MakeFitHappen and #LTGiveaway and by entering into the Fall 2016 60-Day Challenge, or by notifying the sponsor as set forth in paragraph 9 below. All entries become property of Life Time and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are not submitted correctly and completely may be disqualified. Entries will only be accepted as noted above. Life Time may terminate the Giveaway at any time and without notice.

2. Eligibility. You must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age to enter and win. Officers, agents, employees and representatives of Life Time and their immediate family members are not eligible for entry. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entrants are limited to one entry for the duration of the Giveaway. Mechanically altered or reproduced entries are not eligible.

3. Drawing One (1) grand-prize winner and five (5) runner-up winners will be drawn at random on or around 08/22/16. Subject to the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules, the person whose name is drawn will be awarded the prize. Participants need not be present to win. You agree to provide your contact information through direct message to Life Time in order to fulfill your prize. If any winner fails to respond to notification within twenty-four hours, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly selected.

4. Odds. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

5. Prizes. The Giveaway prize (“Prize”): One (1) winner will receive once per week personal training for the entirety of the Fall 2016 60-Day Challenge (ARV $712). Five (5) runner-up winners will receive a D.TOX Kit (ARV $149.99). Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to all other terms and conditions of Life Time. Winner shall be responsible for all other fees, taxes, surcharges, or any other incidental costs. Membership levels, services and amenities vary by club and are subject to change at any time. See club for availability when scheduling appointments. If you win a Prize, you must voluntarily withdraw from the Fall 2016 60-Day Challenge in order to receive the Prize before the conclusion of the Fall 2016 60-Day Challenge.

6. Release. By entering the Giveaway, each participant agrees to follow these Official Rules and to release, discharge, and hold harmless Life Time, Instagram and Twitter, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, together with the present and future officers, agents, employees and representatives of each of them, from any and all responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the awarding, receipt, acceptance, use and/or misuse of any prize provided pursuant to the Giveaway and/or any person’s participation in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered, by Instagram or Twitter. Participants are providing information to Life Time and not to Instagram or Twitter. Participants grant Life Time the right and permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, broadcast and/or otherwise use the entry image in such manner, in any medium now known or later developed, worldwide in perpetuity, for such purposes, in whole or in part, as they shall determine in their sole discretion without further compensation or consideration to participants and without further authorization.

7. General. All interpretations of these Official Rules shall be made by Life Time, whose decisions and interpretations shall be final and binding. Life Time reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Giveaway or any part of this Giveaway for any reason. Life Time reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it reasonably suspects or believes to be acting in violation of these rules. Life Time shall not be responsible for lost, incomplete, misdirected, misdelivered, misplaced, stolen, illegible, mutilated or defaced entries or for entries that are not received by Life Time for any reason. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant(s) or Life Time in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota. In addition, any dispute relating to the Giveaway (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in Hennepin County, State of Minnesota. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have.

8. Winner. List. For notification of the winners submit your request in writing by 08/31/16, to Life Time Social Media Team, 2902 Corporate Place, Chanhassen, MN 55317. Attn: Social Media.

9. Sponsor; No Purchase Necessary. The sponsor is Life Time Fitness, 2902 Corporate Place, Chanhassen, MN 55317. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Twitter. Any and all questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Life Time Fitness, not Instagram or Twitter. You may enter into the Giveaway by either complying with the rules set forth in Paragraph 1 or by sending a letter, postmarked no later than 08/21/16 and addressed to “Life Time Social Media Team, 2902 Corporate Place, Chanhassen, MN 55317. Attn: Social Media”, requesting that you be entered into the “Life Time 60-Day Challenge #MakeFitHappen Giveaway.” The letter must also state your name, address and telephone number where you can be reached.
