Cheers for the article. I think this is an interesting subject, which is getting some attention of late. I think that as designers we solve problems. If we want to solve problems well, we need to communicate well to the user at the right with the right tone. At Google I/O 17 a great UX Writing talk mentioned we need to communicate with clear, concise and useful content. As UX has its process, UX writing as a subset of UX also needs its process.
Once you have the correct words and a successful tone the user experience is halfway there.
