Incorporating exercise into your day and making it part of your routine can help you in many ways..living in South Florida I can walk or ride a bike year round — So I ride my bike to work (15–20 minutes) daily — not only does that give me a half hour workout (drastically reducing my workout time after work) but it saves me on parking fees, gas and of course helps the planet — You simply FEEL better when you move….many people get gym memberships and think that’s the only way…then are too tired after work to go and eventually stop exercising— make it part of your day..F the gym
